    is there any difference which i drink or is either acceptable?

    i dont drink sweet wine anyways so would be a medium dry white

    Morning hunni.
    Clear booze is lower in carbs, Vodka ka ka is good.
    If it has to be wine, red or white is fine as long at its dry....

    zero coke is also good....But rememeber, booze gives false scale readings the next day hunni....

    Nice one Jim look forward to those days, STS this week exercise keeping me the same weight clothes feel more loose, fat must be coming of somewhere.

    Hi Stephen, yes, probably replacing fat with muscle mate, and if the clothes are looser, than that's a good guide isn't it.
