Reduced fat isn't always the lowest calorie option

    I did my weekly shop this morning and was shocked to see that colmans seafood sauce has less cals than asdas reduced fat seafood sauce. I'm so glad I spent the time looking at the info. Also I presumed the plain microwave rice would be lowest in cals but the pilau had 88 less cals per half the pack.

    God!! I wouldn't have expected that!! Thanks for the info, will take time to check next time!! I don't even usually look at the non low-fat options!!
