Refeed and alcohol

When is it safe to drink alcohol after refeed? I am planning to refeed starting on a Monday and go out with friends on the Friday.

im not sure..im going away with friends on tuesday and planning to drink but i dont know what it says on the refeed booklet!it should tell you when you can drink!sorry!

For the whole of the refeed you should not drink!

I refed for two weeks before I drank alcohol

Thanks guys. I have just finished week seven of TFR and have one week to go and should have lost my goal of forty pounds. Start BMI 33.4, now 27.
