Refeed Diary...

Day 7- breakfast- low fat yogurt and s cup of tea.
Dinnet/tea-Sunday roast with chicken breast, small scoop of mash but with no butter just skimmed milk, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots. Small ball of stuffing, 1 roast potatoe and one roast parsnip and gravey.
If I get peckish later I'll have a pear and I'm drinking water only for the rest of the day

Day 8 - breakfast- low fat yogurt. Glass of water.
Dinner- Ham salad and a small portion of pineapple and a pear.
Tea- 2 slices of brown toast with no butter, 3 small piece's of Mackrell. Glad of diet lemonade

Really filling. After getting weighed today I've remained at 14st 10lb
 
Day 9
Breakfast- small Apple, small bunch of grapes, coffee
dinner - potted beef sandwich (Brown bread and no butter), 5 strawberries and a low fat yogurt.
Tea- lean beef stir fry with soy sauce and garlic
