Ok, so I started refeed on Monday at 15st 2lbs.
I did Monday with 2 shakes, tin of tuna and a small tin of peas, probably a little more than two teaspoon (or is it table spoons?) worth. Drank 2L of water as normal.
Today I've had a shake in the morning and haven't really felt hungry at all today but on the advice of my room mate had 2 slices of toast with manuka honey and I've had a cup of tea and a coffee today with a sugar each.
While I know that we aren't supposed to have bread until day 4 I found that the tuna/peas took me an hour to eat, I feel similarly full from the toast after half an hour but at least the toast was softer, a little easier going and most importantly after 7 weeks of vanilla (not as long as some here I know) I wanted something that had a little bit of sweetness to it.
Tomorrow for my breakfast I am going to have a shake, wait until I get back in at 1730 and have a medium sized potato with a small amount of beans.
Next monday I'll take my weight at home as the scales here are comparable to within a pound of the pharmacy ones and I'll report whether my weight decreases or increases.
My aim is to do refeed in such a way that I'm not 'starving' myself to the extent that you would do on lipotrim, but I'm generally not exceeding 1200 calories for the first week before gradually building up to 1800 over the second week.
At the end of the second week I will then pop down to the pharmacist for a 'sign off' weigh in as I am yet to reach my target of 95kg by the pharmacy scales (Was 96.5kg) With any luck if I can lose 3-5lbs over 2 weeks then I know I am still making a weight loss whilst normalising onto solid foods again.
