Thanks Mini, I am away for the weekend with my husband ( something that does not happen often) so want to introduce 1 meal a day obv don't want to stop lossing so not sure whether to have toms or not, I know everyone says don't stop but I know I have a long journey ahead and I don't want to miss out on such a occaision and will get back to TFR when I get home, any tips welcome Thanks x
