Refeeding first week August

    Hi Guys


    I know it is a long way off yet, but I want to try and re-feed for say 3 weeks. Go on holiday end of August. Just dont want to fail on this, so I have read that it is best to re-feed as long as possible.

    Any pitfalls to look out for? I think there is a thread somewhere for sample menus for a week. Can someone point me in the right direction.

    I will come back to TFR mid Sept when I get back as I reckon I will have approx 1 stone to get to target, but I may have to move my target as I did set it a bit higher at the time. See how it goes.

    Any suggestions very welcome.

    Good luck for refeeding, as long as you follow the refeed sheet you wont go wrong.


    Have a look on the maintenance forum, and if you look at the first few pages of the members diaries, you will see the menu's listed.

    Slimming World, Dietchef, Lipotrim - now maintaining (I hope!).
    My refeed diary is on the refeed forum. I've only got my maintenance diary on the maintenance forum.

    As Mary says - try to follow the refeed sheet to the letter. I wouldn't try to 'outsmart' it by having less than it says or no potatoes or something because it's scientifically formulated to introduce foods in the right order and quantities so that you maintain. After refeed you can play around if you want to lose more.

    Thanks Jan, I am at WI tomorrow so I will ask for the re-feed sheets...just want to do everything correctly.
