refeeding - wedding dress has arrived!


a new way of living!
Hi all,

I have been desperate to post this for ages, :D:D my wedding dress has arrived!! I was so exicted, after I put the phone down I was screaming like an excited 6 year old, my voice was so high I was almost communicating with dolphins! lol.

So - I am starting refeed, its a few days early as my last measurement is wednesday, but I am so desperate to come off this bloody diet, that if I wait till wednesday, then I may go straight to hotel chocolate in exeter!

I had a chicken salad last night, an orange creame maintenaince shake this morning, about to have another one, may try the soup, and will have chicken again tonight with a salad.

my main goal at the moment is to lose only a little weight or stay the same. then after the wedding/honeymoon I want to start losing again, depending how easy I find maintaining I may do TFR again, but hoping I can do it on maintenance with some food. I will have to see - I want it over with asap too so I can enjoy fruit again!

27 days till the wedding! :eek::D

any maintenance advice welcomed, as well as weight loss on maintenance.

I have given myself the chalenge of coming back off honeymoon lighter, even if only 1/2 lb.
