Total Solution Refeeding

Hi guys, just need a little advice. I'm going on holiday in a weeks time so I'm coming off the diet so I can refeed for a week before I go but I'm not to sure what I should be eating. When I'm on holiday I would like to eat normal without dieting but I'll be making healthy choices. Any ideas or tips please? I am rejoining the exante diet when I return home as I still have more weight to lose. Thanks

I'm not really sure what to suggest. When I went on holiday at the end of last year, I switched to low carb eating, and it worked for me. I guess it's just being sensible and sticking to what you actually need /want, rather than going crazy and eating everything available!

Thanks can't find much on exante website but found some useful info on lipotrim so I'll take their advice . I'm starting on my refeeding journey tomorrow.
