I have got to get my blipping under control. Today again is the 1st day (so sick of saying/reading that).

I'm usually really good, i don't know why i'm allowing myself to be so weak lately.

I WILL be 100% for the rest of this diet, that's at least 4 weeks.

I'm sick of eating a meal and putting on 2lb overnight,, i know it's not fat, but it just makes me sooo mad.

Good luck, you can do it! If you've got a positive attitude you're half way there. You're so close to goal, you can do it in the next few weeks, just have to stick with it! If you're really struggling, have you thought about stepping up a plan? x

I know ladies, i'm determined to get it off... I WILL BE 100%.... I WILL BE 100%!!!!

I am supposed to be going for a meal on friday night with the girls, i'm gonna cancel, i have had way too many 'treats' of late. I need a good run at this month with no temptations or meals etc.
