not sure - i'm just being lazy! lol just worked a 6 day week and it's my day off - i'm lying on my bed and can't be bothered to go down the stairs and back up again!

i will use the sin calculator when i remember to write down the calories, etc.

cant find it anywhere on the site! i know nando's peri peri sauces are only 1/2 syn for tablespoon i use them all the time

reggae reggae diping sauce (jerk/bbq) is 1 syn per tsp
not good coz i love this stuff!
