Well I had a very bad week last week:cry: - went totally pear shaped. But I am starting afresh today and am going to get back on track 100 % - starting with a nice walk in the sunshine to clear my head:D
 
walking is the way forward!.... literally and figuratively

keep at it and be kind to yourself by staying on the ww wagon :)
 
There is nothing wrong with falling off the band wagon as long as you jump straight back on a learn from what happened! We've all been there, and you learn that those extra few things you ate weren't as enjoyable as getting on the scales and seeing yourself getting closer to your goal!
