not done atkins for a while

i am awaiting the delivery of my new book

so its lunch time and so far today i have had

9.3 net carbs is this about right or too many?

Brekkie: 3 xBoiled eggs - 1.8net

Snack: Prawns - 0.1 net

Lunch:
egg 0.6g
Lettuce 0.1g
Cucumber 1.5g
pepper 2.3g
celery 0.8g
bacon lardons 1.0g
turkey 0.1g
homemade dressing (olive oil & vinegar) - 1.0g

and thats it so far apart from litre of water and 1 x mug of green tea

sorry so many questions - been a long time :D also got my weights from the Atkins site - and used my digital scales

tonights dinner is planned to be pork chop (is one enough or can i have 2) also with broccoli and cauliflower with cheddar - all weighed out properly - do i need to remove the fat from my pork chops?

Hi LM, looks fine so far,

did you notice that the pepper was the carbiest thing? I steered clear of them on Induction.

No eat the fat love, the original version of Atkins said you need to eat fat to burn fat.

think i shall ditch the peppers then - i know i almost keeled over after i bought them

i have to say that salad was amazing and huge as well

Looks good! Eat as much as you need to especially the first week to keep you on track, its hard to get your head around the not counting calories!

I've never counted eggs as carbs. xx
