Returning to my old self again - and then some!

I made a thread in introductions, but wont bore you with that information. :)
....In a nutshell....

I'm Gez.
Male
23
5'11 (182cm)
13 stone (182 pounds)
Goal Weoght - 10st 10 (150 pounds)

My weight loss history:
2006: 18 years of age = 17 stone (238 pounds)
2011 (July) = 11 stone (154 pounds)


Why have I put on weight?
1) Started my first teaching post - very stressful and have been eating badly.
2) Got a boyfriend so I have become complacent - perhaps overly familiar.
3) Anxiety and depression only exacerbated by weight gain.


Why do I want to loose weight?
1) I have very little self confidence
2) I don't feel like me anymore - I look back at last year and I was so much happier.
3) I feel very unattractive.
4) People have commented on my weight gain and it has made me feel like crap.
5) NONE of my clothes fit :(

So the most important part? How will I do it?

1) Weekly weigh in every Sunday
2) 1.700 calories a day
3) Exercise 4-5 times a week (1 hour of running)
4) Take pictures of myself every four weeks -starting from today.

5) Post all this information on this website and get inspiration from others. :-D

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all doing well :-D Apologies I have not posted much - I have had little time for anything...

However, after a week of dieting and moderate exercise, I have lost 7 poubds this week. This is high yes, but it is my first week of not eating myself silly and I have stuck to my 1,700 cals a day and work out regime.

I hope I can continue this :-D
 
Second week down :)

I'm now 12st.1 (169 pounds) so total weight loss this week - 6 pounds. I am pretty happy though I feel this rate will soon drop.
