reward when i get to target...

i dont think food should be used as a reward, however I cannot go the rest of my life without having a big dominos I dont think because I miss it so much, it did use to be a weekly thing..very expensive too!
I dont know when I will next have one, but it is hard, but I dont see the problem with having a blow out aslong as your happy with having the gain that week. Some people also argue its better for your healthy lifestyle in the long run to occassionally say sod it and eat what you fancy because then you won't feel as deprived and end up giving in completely
