Ribena Question..

Hi, I'm following the TS..
Do you know if the New Ribena Plus In Blackcurrant Flavor,
Is allowed in small quantities?
It only has Malic Acid in?
Any advice greatly received,
As i struggle with plain water..x

As long as there is no citric acid, then it's fine. The other flavours with malic acid are allowed, so this one will be too

As noodles says it should be fine- but you can't drink unlimited amounts- I use it as a 'treat'!

Just looked on s&s website which states 1 litre of made up Ribena Plus (red apple,blackcurrant or rasp/apple) per day allowed. On offer in Tesco until 4th Aug for £1 per bottle
