Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good day!
Asked hubby to get some ribs from the butchers today- he's come home with 16lbs of the things (bless)
So..... I'm looking for ideas for different ways to cook them - anyone got a really good way that they know! :wave_cry:

whatever you do boil them for at least 45 mins with some bay leaves, black pepper carrots and onions

after that you can bung them in the oven with whatever marinade sauce you fancy for about 30mins to crisp them up

if you don't do the boiling first then they will be tough and not taste as nice.

Unfortunatly the only marinade i have for ribs is v high carb :(
