Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good day!
Asked hubby to get some ribs from the butchers today- he's come home with 16lbs of the things (bless)
So..... I'm looking for ideas for different ways to cook them - anyone got a really good way that they know! :wave_cry:

whatever you do boil them for at least 45 mins with some bay leaves, black pepper carrots and onions

after that you can bung them in the oven with whatever marinade sauce you fancy for about 30mins to crisp them up

if you don't do the boiling first then they will be tough and not taste as nice.

Unfortunatly the only marinade i have for ribs is v high carb :(
Thanks Missy, they look fantastic! Definitely one for after induction....I've enough to last, that's for sure :D x

Thanks 2010 for your advice, I shall try these tomorrow x
That's good advice and some great recipe's there.
Thanks 2010, just cooked my ribs as you suggetsted and then painted on some oil and covered them lightly in garlic and chilli and cooked them in the oven until crisp - they were scrummy :D And I've still loads left :sigh:
mmm ribs
