As bread is making me a bit bloated, I have decided that my body doesn't like wheat very much any more (especially after the huge slice I had on Saturday night, I felt so tired after eating it (although taste-wise it was lovely).
Anyone ever substituted the daily ration of bread for something else? I wondered about rice cakes (love them with cheese) as long as it's wholegrain rice ones (as then tend to be, I think, the ones I buy anyway).
Or will I have to make do with oatbran biscuits (which are also good but I need porridge when it's cold out)?
