Totally get what you mean about calories in mugshots!! I thought they were too high in calories to be free! I tend to have them as part of a meal like with some salad etc then it feels ok to be eating them!lol!! I still can't believe the diet works...I mean I k ow it does, I'm at target but it still baffles me! I said to my husband the other day, sw has revolutionised my life...no more worrying about carbs!!!

I'm a bit dubious about Mug Shots and Pasta & Sauce as well, so I try not to over do them. But they do taste nice!

Hi guys! Yeah even the low fat supernoodles-over 300cals a pack. Wont mess with the system tho-obv gets results. Congrats on ur target getting B's! Real inspiration.
Yea smint-they are delish. Esp with a dash of balsamic (on the chicken ones).
