Rigby restarts!

I've been here before but my weight loss has gone out of the window over the past few months. I'm now definitely back on board :D

I've been sticking to my calorie counting for the past week and have lost a bit. I'll keep updating the tickers in my signature anyway :) I'm rubbish at staying motivated to exercise so I really need to try to fit more in. I've just had my mini trampoline out for the first time in a few months though, so I'll try to make it a regular thing again.

If I could stick with it before then I can stick with it again! :D

Hi Rigby, Well done for getting back on track even tho' you may have been here before... that actually makes it harder as it's like the same old..same old! Never mind, it's much better to have a bit of a break especially when you have a fair bit to lose.

I, too, have had a bit of a breather and am back to the track today and as far as exercise.. well, that's another big stepping stone, isn't it?
I have been given exercises for my bad arm and every night I go to bed and realise another day has gone by without my attempting to do them!! ... :D

We will get there in the end, make no mistake, especially with all the help from the minis on here.... :)

Sorry I'm so slow at replying, I am still here! Thank you so much for the supportive messages. I'm still very much on-board with the weight loss this time round.

I should admit now that I do tend to weigh every day, although only update my ticker when I lose weight (unless I fall off the wagon and know I've genuinely put weight on, but if there's no way on earth that it's actual weight gain then I don't tend to add it back on each day).

However, I'm sticking to a Thursday for my signature update...and this week I'm down another 2lb :D

This takes me below my target for the week again, so I'll drop next week's target down accordingly. I'm going to keep moving them as needed, I'm only trying to stick to the goals list as a challenge and to give me a quick visual on where I could be by a certain date :)

Thanks! This week I'm down to 179lb :eek: I'm not expecting such good losses every week, I've been there before with boring and annoying plateaus, so I'm enjoying this while I can! :)

I'm 180lb this week, which means I'm +1lb :( It's ok though, I know I'm eating really well, so I'm sure it will only be a very temporary increase. I haven't had any slip-ups so it's definitely been a good week, even if the numbers suggest otherwise!

Thanks for the 'well dones', sorry I'm quiet on here - lot on at the moment but really grateful of the space to update with my progress :)
