I've been here before but my weight loss has gone out of the window over the past few months. I'm now definitely back on board I've been sticking to my calorie counting for the past week and have lost a bit. I'll keep updating the tickers in my signature anyway I'm rubbish at staying motivated to exercise so I really need to try to fit more in. I've just had my mini trampoline out for the first time in a few months though, so I'll try to make it a regular thing again. If I could stick with it before then I can stick with it again!
