Sorry gonna have a rant here.
Why is it everytime i have the motivation to stick to CD something always comes up? i had a couple of bad weeks but last monday i decided right im gonna do good this week, anyway had enough packs to last me till sunday, cdc was away at the weekend so couldnt get there till monday evening, went all day without any packs, got a txt to say she didnt have my order and wont be getting it till weds!! so what do i do? i eat and drink grrrr, i know its not her fault she did have sachets but i cant stomach them, so i have my weigh in tomorrow night instead and im probably the same as i was 3 weeks ago.
