Right need to get right back on plan after holiday

S: 13st10lb C: 11st6.5lb BMI: 28.4 Loss: 2st3.5lb(16.41%)
Just back today after 10 days at all inclusive resort in Turkey and although i was full of good intentions to try and eat lots of fruit etc whilst away i weighed myself when i got home (was desperate to do it) and have put on about 5/6lbs but it was to be expected as been eating rubbish. Need to give myself a boot up butt and back on plan as weigh in not until Tuesday at 1730 hrs so got time to try claw some of it back.

So tomorrow its mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon (fat trimmed) and eggs for breakfast, lunch will be baked potato with lots of salad (not decided on filing but prob baked beans) and not sure what to make for dinner - any suggestions?

Also could anyone advise how you get the sw stickers which show how much weight you have lost onto your signature please?
