Right need to get to target!

Thought I'd start this diary to spur me on to get to target. Have lost 4st 2lbs since October 2010 and have got 1st 3.5lbs left to go. Lost 1lb today. Weight loss is really slowing down. This week is time to go back to basics :)

Today is a green day and this is what I've had:

Breakfast-
2 weetabix
250ml semi skimmed milk
2 apples

Morning snack-
2 apples

Lunch-
Ainsley Harriott morrocan couscous
Salad
Apple

Afternoon snack-
2 apples

Dinner-
Omelette with low fat cheese
Salad
Peppers
1 alpen light
1 apple

Evening snack-
1 alpen light
Raspberries
Muller light vanilla
Options Belgian chocolate
1 apple

Wow have just realised how many apples I eat! Need to try some different fruit! I've done body attack for an hour and walked around the shops whilst pushing buggy. Have rethought my target and I would like to get down to 10st 5lbs so only 12.5lbs left :)

Lunch-
Sw chips
2 ww sausages (1 syn)
Baked beans
Cheese
Salad

Snack-
2 very naughty homemade cookies (I'm blaming my daughters for making me eat 2!) guessing at 20 syns?

Dinner-
Sw meatballs and spaghetti
Salad

Feeling so naughty and annoyed with myself for eating the cookies. At least I have them covered with my syns. Waiting for my 'Shred' DVD to come then going to start that. Can't wait!
