Now that i have found i had been doing this diet all wrong, I have started afresh.

I am writing down all the kcals i have inc the shakes!

so I have worked out so far I have had 280.5 kcals so far today, and when i have my 2nd shake tonight (as i have just had a meal) as i am working tonight i would have had 418.5 kcals. do this seem right to you? and do I have to have 1000kcals a day or is it ok to be lower?

What happened to your CD book?

It lays down in there what you are allowed to have
 
The CD book says

2 x CD
Skimmed mik
breakfast
salads for lunch and dinner
 
1/2 pint skimmed milk

Breakfast from -

40g no added sugar muesli

or

2 shredded wheat

or

2 tbsp porridge oats made into porridge with milk allowance

or

one boiled egg and one small slice of granary bread

Lunch

Salad leaves only

Dinner is a main course of 460 cals

Rice/Pasta/Potato plus protein and green veg

and one piece of fruit
