I've been pretty bad for the past few weeks, culminating in drinking so much that I threw up on Thursday night :eek:

I'm going back on 810 and will be drinking at least 3 litres of water a day.

I really want to lose this last stone! (Plus the 3 lbs I've gained this week :eek:)
I've been reading Mike's blog for inspiration, and I'm going to drink water every time I'm tempted to eat food!

I have a chart on my wall next to my computer to show how much water I've drunk - I'm challenging myself to drink as many 750ml bottles of water as I can this week!

And I shall be on here lots, distracting myself from food :p

I have lost 1lb of the 3 I gained on holiday, so am partway there. :)
