Rings getting too big....Help

I'm in danger of losing my rings but don't want to go to the expense of having them altered. I've seen some plastic things that go on the back to reduce the size but have no idea what they are called or where to get them. Anyone able to help?

ring resizers you can buy them at most high-street jewlers

ring guards; you can get them in metal and plastic. They are fairly cheap and come in all sizes.

Or theres a new thing called liquid ring guard which is like a tempory silicone thing that you put on and it peels off if you want it to.

You can buy them online or go to any decent jewellers.
