Yes I saw results :) but I also mix my workouts up as well(including running!!) xx

Personally I think thats the best way to get results, bodies get stuck in a rut & can get used to the same exercise over & over so its good to mix it up. I have to, to keep myself interested!

I agree..have heard many a time over the years that our bodies can get used to the same routine and not work as hard!
