Risotto 2 days later?

Hiya,

My hubby made us some BNS risotto on Monday night, I brought it into work yesterday to have for lunch but had to go home as I was ill and I left it in my drawer in work in a sealed container. Would it be ok to eat today or not?

Depends how hot it is in your drawer! personally I wouldn't risk it, you have to be really careful with rice

That's fine, to be honest I was a bit dubious anyway so I will throw it away!
