    gonna cook a rissoto later with pork peppers and mushrooms and stock but can someone tell me a step by step method cos im rubbish at cooking rice : / ????

    First, fry garlic and onion in a pan until soft. Use frylight and be generous with it!

    Add your risotto rice, pepper and pork and fry until the pepper and pork is cooked. Make sure rice doesn't burn- or you can add it a little later after the peppers and pork have cooked.

    Then add some stock, enough to cover the rice mix, and simmer until liquid has mostly absorbed. Keep adding stock until the rice is soft and creamy textured :)

    That's how I do mine anyway :p
