    Did these for the first time for lunch, just peeled, roughly chopped, sprayed with fry light, twist of salt and pepper and banged in the oven...

    i do these too but add parsnips,carrots, garlic, red onion and some rosemary,,god it's yum

    Ooo that does sound delicious!! :D And it reminded me of Christmas because we always do loooooooooads of roast vegetables then! :D
