Roast pork cooked with fat on

But removed before eating - I'm guessing this would have a syn value?

Just have old books and it gives syns for meat & fat but I'm not eating the fat though it was cooked with the crackling left on for the OH...

Yes, I would like some clarification on this aswell! I have been cooking all of my meat like this, mainly because it reduces the need to add any oil etc when cooking and because it is easier to trim when cooked. Thanks..:eek:
