Roasting bags

after fulling of the wagon and putting all the weight back on i lost i'm now starting again :cry:

i'm having roast chicken tomorrow and will be putting it in one of these roasting bags so no fat/oil added

i hope that the chicken will be pointed no differently because of this

has anyone else used these bags and did you point the food any differently

i have tried them new colmans shake n bake bags but didnt point it as couldnt find the info....

I don't think it should effect it at all, it just seals in the moisture.

As long as those shake bags only have herbs and spices they should be okay.

Do you have the nutritional info and I could use the calculator for you?

i don't have the spice pack i have just brought a packet of the bags as like you say the chicken stays so moist

I read somewhere the shake and bake bags work out to around 7pp for the entire bag if that helps as a rough-ish guide lol x
