Days 4-5-6

Well not been on all weekend, so time to catch up.

Saturday & Sunday was a busy days due to weekend sport.
With golf on in the morning from Qatar & Rugby in the afternoon it was early starts, still had my W/E chores to do or the Wife would not be happy LOL...

Saturday Meals/Training

Breakfast: Bar
Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Shake

Training

30mins Cross Trainer
Full Body Work Out Dumbbells.

Managed to resist temptation all day. My biggest problem was the amount of water I had.
Still and sparking so a bit water logged after.

Sunday

Breakfast: Bar
Dinner: Cooked Turkey pieces and sprouts & broccoli.

Training

No Training today

Enjoyed the Sunday dinner was not a lot but enough to fill me.
Also end of the day weighed my self, even thought I did not really start the Exante diet until Wednesday last week. But I had really started to prepare a week ago.
I had lost 4.3 KG so that was a move in the right direction.

Monday

Well back to a working week. I am away until Wednesday in Liverpool.
So a long drive and work, this will make it a bit easier today on the diet, but no training now until Wednesday will miss that.

Meals]

Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Soup

Well been away again with work.
Been a bit hard as been involved in meetings for the past 3 days, which have been in a hotel.
So lunch and dinner was a group thing, so we are expected to eat and socialise with the clients.

But I did control my self and stuck to the plan, also in the evening at the bar avoid been dragged in to drinking.

Meals All days

Breakfast: Bar
Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Shakes

Sticking with the plan but starting to find this hard going because of the variety (or lack off), plus it is a unsociable diet as this week has proved.

But that is the only down side at the moment. Since starting (1 1/2 weeks ago) I have felt a little livelier and all ready my cloths are feeling loser. Also with not drinking I feel this is really helping.

Training

The past days I have been able to train which has been a good thing as well.
So far I have been taking training easy so I am now starting to up the tempo. The past days I have done the following.

Treadmill all days 40 mins easy.
Full body weight training: Dumbbells/Body weight

Plan to set up a full training plan for next week to follow correctly.
Will be following high intensity from next week.

Hello all again.

I am now changing the way I update my dairy as the meals are the same each day. So will only say if there is any deviation from the Exante Total.

Well coming to the end of my second week. Two weeks left of phase one.
Then on to phase two with is two weeks long.

Started my high intensity training phase today which was a bit hard as not really trained this way for a while. So was a bit tired and struggling at the end.

Plan to do the following training schedule:

* Body weight circuits
* Weight training endurance and mid strength training
* Cardio - Treadmill,Cross-trainer and Intervel training
* Kettlebells

Aim to do one to two hour a day possibly split sessions.

As for the diet still on track and I am now settled in too ok.
To be honest starting to not want to eat. So I need to watch this as the food intake is low enough as it is.
Started to miss the lunch time meal out completely and only having a glass of water.
Starting to chase the result a bit, so need to stick to the plan and not get to far ahead of the plan.

As for the alcohol this I have not missed at all. I did not drink a big amount before but would drink most nights which was wine. So this is good.

Hi all again,,,,,

Been away for a bit back now.
Well still sticking to the diet and smiling.

The menu is still the same no changes there luckily.

Only difference to the diet is the sunday dinner as this is my family meal day.
This week it was Turkey and veg again this but was very nice. This is all I had all day so real affect on the diet.

Training going ok but still struggling with the high Intensity training.
But still getting 1 to 1 1/2 hors in a day except for sunday.

Weighed my self sunday and lost 3.2kg, was a bit annoyed thought it would have been more.
But can not moan it is going the right way.

Well hope to update more from now on.

3.2kg is fantastic, you should be proud of that!
