Just got back from my weigh in and I lost 3lbs and I'm chuffed to bits, particularly as it feels like 6lbs as i'd put on 3 at the weekend which have now gone forever with their accompanying 3!! So next week I predict 4lbs, I predicted 2 this week and was wrong, so let's hope I'm wrong, in the same good direction, next week

Yeaah! I've lost 5 1/2lbs this week. I'm so pleased. I am wrong with my prediction though. I forgot to check but I think I predicted 2 1/2lbs. Never mind. I'd rather have the award of being slimmer!

my next weigh in is on Sunday evening.

My first weigh in, 10 days after i started, I was 1st 4.9lbs lighter! How amazing! I am over the moon.

I am hoping for 9lbs this week to bring me over the 2st mark but my prediction is 4.5lbs.
