Sorry but it's not down to the calories - it's about the fibre content and wholemeal is much better for you nutritionally. White bread is really just empty calories and won't fill you up in the same way that wholemeal does. So I'm afraid you can't just swap white for wholemeal and call it a HEB. If you like white bread then Nimble do a white loaf that counts as a HEB because it has added fibre.
