Hi guys, well have been doing it at home from last week and darn these bank hols find it really difficult to munch on lots of free food without making myself look really piggy infront of other half so back on with a proper vengence tomorrow.

EE day plan for tuesday menu
B - yogurt, fruit,
l - tuna, couscous, celery, tomato, cucumber, feta (hexa) salad cream 2 syns, and a yogurt for snack around 4
d - chicken, pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, soy sauce, onions.
dessert - home made key lime pie 10 syns

weighed in this am. 3.5 on

B - 2 weetabix and half hex a of milk, banana
snack - mango and melon
l - 2 small rolls (12 syns) chicken, half fat cheese (other half hex a) cucumber, lettuce and a yogurt
d - spag bol with lots and lots of hidden veg :)

weigh in this morning after beng off plan for about ooooh a good few weeks. so restart

b - melon, pineapple and mueller light
l - small tin beans, 2 slices 400g wholemeal (b) 28g cheese (a) 12g cheese 2.5syns and a banana, and plums
d - sw chicken curry with spinach and onions and tomatoes and rice
SF melon, pineapple, plums, banana, tomatoes, onion. pepper chilli mushrooms, apples
f chicken, ham, yogurt, pasta, spag hoops
b - 2 slices 400g loaf

syns, cheese 2.5, crisps 9
melon, pineapple, mango. plums, bananas, apples.
lunch 2 slices toast, 2 slices cheese a and 2.5 syns ham
dinner pasta bake 7 syns not sure about the half a garlic baguette - any ideas?
well back on it today,
fruit for brekki
lunch jacket with cheese (a) and 100g low fat coleslaw (will syn when i get home)
dinner home made chilli with lots of hidden veg and rice :)
