I've been reading up about the wonders of Rooibos tea. Is this ok to drink on ss?
Is anyone else drinking it and should I believe all the hype?

I've not heard of it but I drink green tea and peppermint and my losses are still great so they must both be ok. Sorry I can't help more. Can you txt your CDC ?

Your losses are fantastic! I'm day 2 of SS, wish time would speed up. All I want for Christmas is my target weight! :26:

It's a leaf tea -so it's fine. As long as it's the pure kind and not laced with "flavourings" e.g. Lemon or something
