well i'm enjoying my last day with my grandchildren
before they go back to brighton tomorrow
have loved having a new baby in the house
eating is all over the place,but will get back to it
at the weekend:break_diet: i;m not worrying over it
as i can focus better after they've gone,i'll wipe my tears
and go to tesco and get a big steak. lol
higher note my bearded dragon has woken up from his winter
sleep and looks to be well,and is basking under his heat lamp.
