Rosemary Conley..........Cheese ?

Just bought Rosemary Conleys reduced fat mature cheddar cheese.. 5% fat.
dont know if it can be used as a healthy extra or not but the syn value is 2.5 for 28g, that is so good and it tastes like a decent mature cheese. was thinking that a hex is about 6 syns so that would be about 70g cheese for healthy extra, not sure if to chance it or not. just thought I would let all you other cheese freaks know. :talk017::talk017:

That sounds really good, I find her products aren't bad at all taste wise but they seem to be getting more difficult to find round here. Her belgian chocolate desert tasted fabulous but thats not been around for months, it was 6 1/2 syns a pot but worth it for a shear indulgence treat.

I have never seen any of her products before but then we do live in the back of beyond . was very pleased just to get a 'real' tasting chedder that so low.

where did you get this from ?? we have asda , tescos and sainsburys and hoping its in one of them

Yep got it in Asda, so hopefully yours will stock it otherwise ask them to get it in.
