I want to be fitter again
After my summer break from slimming world and errant eating, I have started again to shift the half a stone I put on. So to keep me on track and for you guys who notice anything I could do better please feel free to comment.

Monday Green Day
Hex A: skimmed milk

Breakfast:
I medium slice of toast (HEXB)
Tinned spaghetti

Lunch:
Plain noodles
extra light mayo (1/2 syn)
2 plums
pear

Snack:
plain yogurt and Alpen fruit light bar (3 syns)
Dinner:
fish pie with broccoli (2 syns for cornflour) (hexB)
banana
mini twister ice lolly (2.5 syns)
Two finger Kit kat (5.5 syns)
Total syns 13.5
Aim for tomorrow: to eat less junk food
