Yeaaaah, only coz im a right saddo - i occassionaly strip off (after a wee) midday because i feel 'lighter' and have a cheeky weigh and im always like WOW, im like half a stone heavier than yesterday .... so its a proven by moi, point ..... hehe ... try it tomo .... lol xxxxxx

not got time to exercise today but i'm toddling round the house, washing mountains of clothes lol and putting stuff away, and been shopping.

Decorating burns loads cus your doing it for a long time it's great really toned my arms up when we moved in here all the painting, stripping Walls and sanding!

could do with a bit of arm toning, i'll probably be at it on and off for quite a few weeks, that didn't sound right lmao.
let me rephrase, i will be doing loads of decorating in the upcoming weeks, some at mums and some at home. i want it all finished before hols.
