    hi,im rose trying to put my food diary up and get ideas and see if i am going wrong been doing pro points for a wee after losing a stone on slimmers but sick of eating meat so here goes
    brekkie
    porridge with skimmed milk 5pp
    lunch
    two crumpets with a little nutella no butter 7pp
    crunchie biscuit 2pp

    hope i have done this right dont know what im having for my tea.:D:D

    Hey Rosie,

    I don't know anything about points, but:

    It doesn't look like you're eating that much veg and protein. Veg is important to give you nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fibre) and also to keep you full up.

    Protein is important to make sure that your body doesn't use up your muscles for fuel: you'd end up lighter, but also flabbier, eek!

    If you don't like meat you could try having:
    - Quorn (meat substitute)
    - Beans and pulses (like kidney beans or lentils)
    - Low-fat dairy (like plain yoghurt or Quark)
    - Quinoa (it's a protein-high grain, which tastes lovely)

    It can be so hard to keep eating healthily when you're busy!

    Hi Rose ,breakfast and lunch look fine. . I love porridge in the morning too . keeps me going most days until lunch. Try to have a little protein at lunch and dinner though . Its good to fill you up.

    SnL is correct, Rosie. You have to increase your protein intake. This will make you full and can continue your day.
