New to WW - Confused!

Hi Guys :eek:

Newbie here, I've done the old ww in the past but new to pro points. Not joined a class just ordered the starter pack from ww website and getting loads of useful info on here.

Don't know much about the SF only from what I've read on here, I've had a look at the list of SF foods and what I can't get my head around is the different food you can have that is free.

For example, (please correct me if I'm wrong) I could have -

Brekkie - porridge - 5PP

Dinner- jacket potato & beans - 12PP

Tea - I've got a recipe I've found off WW website -

Marinated Steaks - 8PP


4 steak(s) (medium) Beef, Sirloin Steak, Lean, Raw, each weighing about 225g
1 teaspoons ( ) Oil, Olive
2 tablespoons ( ) Vinegar, All Types, (red wine)
2 teaspoons ( ) Lemon Juice
1 teaspoons (heaped) Mustard, Dijon
1 individual ( ) Chilli, Green or Red, deseeded and finely sliced
1 medium ( ) Onion, All Types, thinly sliced
1 teaspoons (as purchased) Parsley, Dried
1 teaspoons ( ) Chives, Fresh
1 teaspoons ( ) Salt
1 teaspoons (ground) Pepper, Black (Whole, Cracked or Ground)
1 portion(s) ( ) Salad Vegetables with a ProPoints value of Zero
1 large ( ) Tomato, to serve




Chunky Chips - 6PP


1000 g ( ) Potatoes, Old, Raw, (1kg), peeled and cut into thick chips
10 spray(s) ( ) Cooking Spray, Calorie Controlled
1 pinch ( ) Salt
1/8 teaspoons (ground) Pepper, Black (Whole, Cracked or Ground)
1 teaspoons (level) Paprika


From what I can tell this would be free - is this right? If I added all the points it would approx 31PP.

How can you have all this food free when if you counted the points if would be quite alot.

All sounds free to me!
U r meant to stop eating when u r full/ satisfied!

The thing about sf is u shouldn't pp ur days however if u do in a week u will see that some days r more than 26pp but some may be under 26pp

Sf does work, I lost most my weight on sf! It's so easy to stick to as well!
 
Thanks for the quick reply Sarah88, I was going to do mainly PP most days and the odd day SF - would this still work?

Yeah! I've done that for the last month! Not lost as much but have started exercising and done ww for 6 months now, so I don't see that's the reason for my losses slowing! Am now back to sf so will let u know!
