ProPoints Say's Food Diary! [Minimal Snacking Allowed!]

    Time for a fresh start on my food diary, I'm taking a new approach and putting as many of my pro-points into meals. The only real time I want to allow myself to use pro-points inbetween meals is between lunch and dinner. Due to long working hours I start 10am, lunch at 3pm and finish at 9pm - not getting home until 9:30pm! So just something to tide me over until then :p

    Breakfast: (if I manage to get up on time - looking after our 4 felines and 4 felines for a friend = 8 felines!!)
    35g porridge oats = 3pp
    142ml milk (skimmed) = 1pp
    1 tsp honey = 1 pp
    Medium Skinny Costa Hot Chocolate = 4pp
    Total: 9pp

    Lunch:
    Weightwatchers Bolognase Al Forno = 9pp
    Lettuce = 0pp
    Tomato = 0pp
    Cucumber = 0pp
    2tbsp Hellmann's Fat Free Viniagrette =0pp
    WW yoghurt = 1pp
    Total: 10pp

    Dinner:
    Tesco Cod in Parsley Sauce = 4pp
    40g Basmati Rice = 4pp
    Green Beans = 0pp
    Total: 8pp

    Snacks:
    Grapes (red - a handful) = 0pp
    Clementines = 0pp
    WW Toffee Rich bar = 2pp
    Options Hot Chocolate = 1pp (for evening)
    Crunchie (from multipack) = 5pp (for evening)

    Milk for the day = 200 ml (skimmed) = 2pp



    Total Daily Allowance: 35pp/35pp
    Weekly Used: 2pp

    Really noticing the difference from having breakfast, I'm not so frantically hungry by lunch time! :D

    Breakfast:

    Total: 10pp

    Dinner:
    M&S Count on Us Chicken and Roast Veg topped with Mash potato = 9pp
    Green Beans & Broccoli= 0pp
    Total: 9pp

    Snacks:
    Grapes (red - a handful) = 0pp
    Options Hot Chocolate = 1pp (for evening)
    Maltesers (37g bag) = 5pp
    2 x Curly Wurly (oops!) = 6pp


    Milk for the day = 200 ml (skimmed) = 2pp

    Weekly Used: 8/49pp
