Hi all, starting a food diary as of today so I can keep track of myself and hopefully see any patterns!
So starting today

B: Porridge with 180ml skimmed milk (HEA) very low fat yoghurt, 3 cups black coffee.
Mid Morning: Black coffee, apple.

L: 5 cream crackers (7.5 syns) very low fat cottage cheese
Tomato Pasta 'n' Sauce
Muller light
2 cups of tea (milk HEA)

D: Planning on a jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad.

Syns: 7.5 HEB:1 HEA:1.

Can never seem to fit in another HEB on Green!

Use a bit of olive oil, 1 tbl is 1 HEB, I use that usually on the green day as I have that same problem.

Why dont you have a tomato or salad roll? thus your using another HE B
Just a thought.
