Hi, My first diary post. so here goes.

Breakfast: Fruit & Fibre with Fat free Activia & banana

Lunch: Laughing cow sandwich, Special K bites (3 syns?), Apple

Dinner: Jacket Potato, Beans & 3x Quorn chicken pieces(3syns?)

If i need a little somehing picky later i have grapes and more fruit at the ready.
 
Breakfast: Banana & cup of tea

Snack: iced gems (3syns) & cup of tea

Lunch: dairyleatriangle sandwich (A & B), sunbites (4syns), 2x FF Activia yoghurts, pint of weak sugar free squash

Dinner: Pasta, sweetcorn, Tuna (b), Sauce (2syns)

Lunch: Tuna (b), pasta bake, sweetcorn, salad cream, cheese (a). Sunbites (4syns). Apple

Snack: 3x Quorn chicken fillets

Dinner: Boiled rice, Quorn mince with bbq sauce (1syn), sweet chilli sauce (2syns)
