Rowntrees Randoms!!

My Mum has been to London and come back with a packet of Rowntrees Randoms for me, one of the big packets ! I can't give it back to her, cause that would be rude,
How many syns are in these sweets? How can I get through the packet sensibly and while sticking to the plan?
