Ok so started RTM yesterday, my final weigh had to ironically be the worst yet! i dropped 1lbs only. But i guess its most likely a number of things, i had 2L of water prior, about 2 hours before and also felt slightly constipated. Will be interesting to see the drop on mt first weigh in RTM
But just to let you know its all going well and having my first plate of just chicken was quite exciting.
One thing that i found to be very positive is my ability to really slowly chew my food and enjoy it now. It took me about 20 minutes to eat a hand full of chicken. That i put down to the bar i eat them very slowly, just nibbles at a time.
So yay for RTM and LL for making me eat slower
