My 3 Positives:
1. Really enjoyed my Happy meal and didn't feel guilty at all!!!
2. Had to keep pulling my jeans up every 5 minutes as they are too big!!!
3. Can do my Leg + Waist 32" Jeans up!

Feeling lots better and so motivated too! Looking forward to my holidays in 16 days time!!! Hoping that I feel more confident! Toying with the idea of a bikini still!!!

Was really good to hear my Slimpod tonight and it made me feel super motivated for my holiday in 16 days time! I have decided I am taking my running gear with me so I can go for a quick early morning run every morning :) we are off to Center Parcs so it's beautiful to run in The forest!!!

Sounds good! I think in gona go asda tomorrow an try do two weekly shops do I can get more fruit and veg but won't waste it like I normally do as I usually bought loads start of week and by time end of week can half of it went off!!

I'm good! Just about to head out for my couch to 5k week one day 2 run, got some Uni work that I need to do and hopefully have a productive day and not be lazy and watch tv which is so tempting ha, hope your well!

I know what you mean about fruit and veg going off when you buy loads of it and it's not eaten :)

I'm working in half an hour which is a bit rubbish but If it's quiet I will get on the equipment which will do me some good :)

I'm also having a cherry scone today and treating myself, equalling my weeklies out at the minute between 5 and 10 weeklies per day so it's all equal!!!

Ohh love a scone, I love scones clotted cream and jam, so yum!

Had a great run thanks, still trying to get over that feeling of runnin in public outside with cars passing and me having a big sweaty face ha but im getting there. Gona do week one day 3 Tuesday and then start week two Thursday!

Hope work flies in! X

Ruth you seem to eat crumpets they seem to be about 2 points but i have bought a crumpet loaf from greenhalghs bakers and they are quite thick slices would you allow 3 points to be on safe side they are lovely lol x
 
I would allow 3 Boofle!!

The ones I have are 2PP for 1 or 5PP for 2 :) They are Lidls own and thin :)

Better to overpoint than underpoint :)
