Milk allowance for day is 100ml of Semi Skimmed = 1pp

Lunch/snacks:

Honestly I'm still not sure! I eat mine and my losses are good so far but I guess if it slows I will do a bit of trial and error :) x

I just worry that one day loss will stop lol... It's so hard to kno whether to eat weeklies or APs x
 
When I did the Discover Plan I had 25 points a day and you could save up to 4 a day to use on a weekend.
It dropped a point per stone you lost. I have never eaten my AP's not even on Discover :)
I think you're right, its trial and error with the weeklies. If you need them, they're there! However, I also think that you shouldn't force yourself to eat them! I like the fact that it can be used as a safety net- makes me feel better!
